I'm still not certain if that second Miracle car is a certainty.
There are a couple of classes there that the numbers could be much higher, or lower, depending.... but they won't be the number listed here.
One team listed has not yet finalized their plans, and hope to be racing, but aren't certain.
The field will have somewhere as high as 34 next year, though it could be worse then what you've posted. It'll be an interesting, and tense off season.
