Yes, there are - but this specific noise order wouldn't affect the running of them as it stands. It is true that, in future, further restrictions could be put in place which would affect these but this would appear very unlikely.
I'm sure many readers of the 10-Tenths as a whole will be keen to support Castle Combe circuit in retaining one of its biggest (and most profitable!) events of the year.
