Good point! I help with GCSE engineering classes in the local school; the kids just can't understand why I do it for nothing.

You DON'T have to commit to every weekend. A lot of people, for various reasons, cannot do more than a few meetings every year; they are no less welcome than those who can marshal every weekend. We need every marshal we can get! Get along & give it a try - you'll love it!
