It would make sense, but it really depends on what the test was meant to accomplish. If they just wanted some track miles on the motor I suppose it wouldn't matter what configuration the car was in. However, if they wanted to set comparative times, then running heavier would make sense. The car is certainly capable of running heavier, as it was designed to also be a LMP900 car.
