As you know one of the major rules for the league is that no duplicate teams are permitted. Up to now I have been trying to police this myself and if I missed any before a round then I would allow the duplicate teams for that round. However I am now going to change my approach.
It is up to the team owners to ensure that they have a legal team for each round. If a change is submitted that would create a duplicate team it will be ignored. (If I spot it before a round I will let you know
)
