Good history. My notes agree with pretty much everything you've said. Tony N is very good on these cars. Like you, I've been unable to track doen exactly when the accident happened that led to the "merger" of 02 and 03.
One thing I've never known is whether those 82C tubs were used and had a CART history or whether they were leftover spares. Any idea?
