Its a late 80's Thunderbird body with Superspeedway ducting.(Set up for Calder I assume)
I can not tell its origin from the picture but with a yellow cage it may be ex whiteline car.
Having said that it could be from any team in Australia as you can rebody NASCARS.

Sorry got it wrong. The car has Roadcourse Ducting not Superspeedway.
