The guy said he's annoyed that one of his advantages has been taken away, hardly Whincup "blasting" his bosses....
Understandable that he's annoyed. I doubt there's many guys in the field whose goal isn't to win and his boss is giving away one of his advantages....
Aside from that, if the difference between negotiating a contract with a 2x Champion and the guy who came 4th in this years championship is $X... It could have just cost Jamie $X through no fault of his own.
