Yes, he is missing. There's two "13ths" listed, Ratzenberger is one, O'Brien the other.
It should read -
12 Smith (1m42.67)
13 Ratzenberger (1m42.86)
14 O'Brien (1m43.16)
15 Hall (1m43.68)
There was a couple of mis-prints / errors in the published standings (Mahony there twice, Kimber-Smith having more points than the guys leading his class) but I managed to work those out. Keeps us on our toes!!
