Monza shouldn't be missing. It could attract Maserati, Lamborghini or Ferrari into LMP.

The Nürburgring GP course is terrible, even more so for F1 cars and LMPs. Straights are too short, corners are too slow and twisty. Hockenheim was great but now is the best German track for LMPs.

Silverstone can't be held in September, or Americans wouldn't have time to travel across the ocean.
