brucelok2003 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
What about Manor ? They have a team in British F3, and they can ask some drivers like Rio Haryanto, Adrien Tambay and Roberto Merhi.

Gary Thompson is also likeliy to join the race, and I suggest KCMG may team up with other teams.
