Yeah , 30 grand a race . But that hasnt stopped some teams from doing just that , missing races .
There was a waiver for teams with "NEW" cars , to miss Sebring , but that was it , only for Sebring . That Hope Polevision , AMR and ASM must have to cough up a few shiny pennys by now .
