There'll always be a balancing act between taking teams from existing series, attracting all new entrants and/or seeing them step up their efforts for a new challenge.
Toyota, Porsche, Strakka, JRM, would they be in WEC P1 without recent developments, I believe RISI had a WEC/GA choice, so were a loss to the ALMS regardless, but Level 5 may be fully commited to the ALMS now they'll face decent competition.
