Actually there is Formula Ford (UK/Benelux/Netherlands/Scandanavia) but that has badly shot itself in the foot this year by trying to introduce an evolutionary new car into the marketplace at the wrong time.
Ironically I think originally they were hoping this car would be sanctioned by the FIA to become Formula 4. Best laid plans................
