Kimi Raikkonen almost didn't take part in Sunday's Bahrain Grand Prix, due to an allergic reaction.
In post-race press releases, Lotus admitted that Kimi had driven a great race, considering that he had been ill on Sunday morning. This was due to an allergic reaction, although to what has not been stated.
