It might be a tad tricky to get there on the Saturday/Sunday, given the paddock and everything (they were checking passes at the top of the stairs on the Saturday, not sure exactly how that worked), but up to and including Friday the main paddock alleyway is open to everyone with a GA ticket, so during practice and qualifying you can just stroll past drivers, team personnel etc...
