Most circuits I'll be run 3rd-8th other than the start, the exception is Monaco where they'll probably run 1-6.
The teams have a joker this season in which they can make a single change of as many ratios as they like. (Obvious point would be after Monaco)
2015 season where it really is 8 ratios for the season will be more interesting.
Actually re-reading that link, the wording has changed to how I remembered it, stating that the teams can make a change only if they have it massively wrong.
