It is a fantasy to combine SGT SF WEC. AsLMS with WEC makes too much sense for AsLMS to do it. Just one of the problems is SF has SGT drivers and WEC drivers. Duval, Lotterer, Nakajima, Rossiter, J P Oliveira, Luizzi, Yamamoto, Caldarelli all drive in either two or all 3 series. So you have drivers doing 6-9 practice sessions, 2 or 3 qualifying sessions and races of 4-10 hours of racing in just a couple or few days. Theyre fit racers, but thats an insane amount of work. Then sharing the paddock space, pit lane, garages etc. The Japanese have dedication so theres plenty who would sit there for 4 days through all of that, but its illogical.
Scheduling the weekends events isnt an issue. Youre confusing that with its scheduled date.
