That's not how things work. There is a balance to be met within the BoP. With round to round adjustments, you have to try and figure out how to best optimize the BoP you are likely to get without getting hamstrung. There are plenty of games being played even in IMSA says not to. The people running these programs both on an engineering side and a management side are far from stupid.
