Well, those refinements are 2-3 sec improvement from last year, so that is not a small deal for guys in development.

I've talked to Litjens on friday and he did confirmed that there will be no more improvements on 2015 car. They feel that investing in this car still wont get them in position to get victory race pace.

On the other hand, looks like that 2016 car will be heavily improved on almost all accounts. Looks like budget is better for 2016.
