If there is a time for it NOT to rain I hope it is qualifying. So we can see a accurate assessment of car's performance especially in comparison to previous year's quaifying times.
If there is a time for it to rain. I think it is the start of the race itself because that will mostly likely shake up the overall standings. Could be the one time we see an outside shot of a GTLM car leading overall.
