The Hong Kong track looks a bit fiddly but it's a great location.
Formula E recently announced a
couple of rule changes (along with a calendar update) which caught my eye: one is that you can only change drivers twice per entry during the season. I don't agree with this. I enjoyed the cameos from the likes of Scott Speed and Oliver Turvey last season. It seems daft to me to exclude those who might be able to only commit to a race or two per season, but who could add to the appeal or bolster a home crowd.
The other change is the addition of a "Super Pole" session. This is a good idea, but they've shortened the qualifying group sessions to accommodate it. This season drivers will get only one flying lap in their group session which isn't ideal. Why they can't just extend the process by 10 minutes or so is beyond me, and would ensure that all the phases remain interesting.
