The way the factory P1 teams have been falling over each other we could actually have an old school endurance run at LM this year, especially without the insurance of a third car. A clean run could be worth a lot.
I think these details are about right.
Silverstone:
#1 Porsche Crashed out.
#2 Porsche Finished 2nd on the road but promoted to 1st when the #7 Audi was disqualified. Also hit a slower car and suffered a puncture.
#5 Toyota Retired. Suffered a rear puncture and the flailing tyre tore the rear bodywork to pieces.
#6 Toyota Finished 3rd on the road, but promoted to 2nd.
#7 Audi Won on the road but was disqualified for a technical infringement.
#8 Audi Retired with hybrid system failure.
Spa:
#1 Porsche Had two punctures and then required a gearbox change which took an hour and 40 minutes.
#2 Porsche Finished 2nd but ran for 5 of the 6 hours without a functioning hybrid system, so was running at approx half of full power.
#5 Toyota Engine failure. The car was classified as a finisher after running last lap on electric power only (very slowly).
#6 Toyota Retired after 4 hours with electronics problems.
#7 Audi Finished 5th but had overheating issues, a loose floor and bodywork damage after collisions with other cars while fighting back up through the field.
#8 Audi Won the race without any particular drama.
