Think you will find that Mick Schumacher already has enough points to qualify for a full superlicence. If he applies in 2019, then he can use 10 points for finishing 2nd in either Italian or German F4 in 2016, plus the 30 points he gets for winning the FIA F3 in 2018.
His F3 win gives him more than the 25 points required for a practice only superlicence
Ticktum on the other hand needs to try harder at arithmetic......
