About toyota, well someone could argue about the matter that chassis/aero is designed by german TMG, hybrid stuff designed by third parties, while just V6 is from japanese toyota.

I think 90+% of the Toyota is all theirs. You look through their sponsors and nearly all of them are Toyota suppliers that are part of their core group or subsidiaries of Toyota itself. The hybrid and engine are done right outside Fuji. So besides them, ByKolles can say it is unique because no one else builds their own car and design. Oreca does Rebellion and Dallara does BR Engineering/SMP.
