Yes, I have been thinking along the same lines ...
I wonder how feasible this really would be? Technically, and behaviorally? The former may be less of a problem than the other? Anyone who has driven a LHD car in a LHD territory can testify to some incidents, but my experiences have been pretty trouble-free.
