FCY / SC coming up. #129 stopped out of Eau Rouge, next to Raidillon
#51 takes it technical stop now
while doing that, they block the way out of the garage for #52.

FCY keeps on going on, the stranded car is long gone.
Race control has no clue who is actually leading and are waiting another lap for timing to update
That's 2 laps of FCY after the track has been cleared before they even sent the SC.
