For me it looks a bit as if there was something wrong between Rick and Todd, however, as you say, Rick was testing a KGR car before the season so who knows.
Nevertheless it seems pretty weird looking at Rick's Instagram and not seeing anything connected with the team. I wonder what happened behind the scenes and trying to look for an answer but not likely I'll get one!
