Tux, it's the luck of the draw. It's entirely possible to have blockages at key points at Long Beach, Toronto, and elsewhere. There's not a street circuit you can name that's been around any particular length of time that hasn't had a jam-up.
Heck, how many times has NASCAR jammed up a track, including Sonoma and Watkins Glen, where they've had 80-100+ ft of width of space to work with?
