San Juan Villicun is mainly a bike track designed for WSBK, so the run off areas are kinda weird for the cars, there are/were various problems with that circuit and the argentine series, TC2000 in particular had a big clash with some drivers, that ultimately ended with Rossi leaving the series (and kinda giving Toyota an excuse to go to TC)
Next the Top Race had track limits loosened, and TN has them implemented again (as of last year race) but since the cars are less powerfull and light, there is less problem. Thats the ACA CDA side of things

For the ACTC side, the track limits are as loose as it gets for that circuit, same as Top Race, taking into account the size and weight of the cars/trucks.

This same debate is done after every race on this circuit, always.
