'Liberty Media has acquired over 90% of Quint for $313 million, approximately 288 million euros. The transaction was initially concluded in September and has been finalized at the beginning of 2024. The company will be assigned to Liberty Media's Formula One group, and Formula 1 and Quint will continue to operate as separate entities.'
