They were recruiting for engine people 3 years ago so I would imagine the car design is well along the way.#
For what he is worth Benson is reporting that part of this might be a rift between Horner and Adrian, I think Horner pushing other members of the design team for praise rather than simply Adrian, I guess we will never know the truth there.
And then obviously the inter team and Thai stuff that seems to be ripping them apart internally.
