There are two things that happem with embargoed news released.
1 - they are received and because the fool that composes them doesn't mark them clearly, they get released straight away - been caught with this myself - CAMS tend to place the words 'Embargoed until xxxxx' on something like line 9 or 10!!!!
2. You notice the Emabrgoed Until xxxxx line, put it aside and them promptly forget about it until the day afterwards anyway (the recent AVESCO release about their awards dinner was formatted like point 1 and I then did point 2!)
