That's a nasty place to go off Ian!
I had a test day there in a Caterham where my team-mate had a very similar accident at the end of the first session of the day (although he was going a whole lot slower!).
Then to compound the mechanics misery, I ran wide at the 90-degree-right-with-no-runoff at the end of the Hall Bends, clipped the tyres and flipped my Caterham upside down which was the attitude it was still in when it hit the wall at Barn (the next corner!). Car was rebuildable in time for the race but it was a little burnt(as was your intrepid pilot!)in the ensuing fuel fire...
Still an awesome circuit although I never really got used to apexing on the tree trunk for the 2nd Hall bend...
