I wonder if as Alfasud says, it will lead to more semi-works Bozian Peugeot type efforts? The works Peugeot team will now have to decide whether to dump Harri in favour of a tarmac specialist / Loix split programme, and Subaru were already talking about a third non-manufacturer car for either Sainz or McRae if the funding was there.
