Mitsubishi Motor Sports chief Sven Quandt has condemned new World Rally Championship regulations that he believes will damage the prospects for young drivers.
“I thought the idea of having a third driver who had never been on the podium was a good idea. This gives only older drivers a chance,” Quandt said.
