From what i know, cntmunky, they tested dozens of different solutions throughout the season, without finding a significant improvement.
Dome are a good team, and this year they enjoyed also full support from Honda, who granted them exclusive engines.
Their drivers were good, too.
Despite all that, they just caught casual wins (on the first race, dominating Courtney received two drive-trhrou penalties); and what is more, in the second part of the season, gap from Dallara has stunningly increased.
