BAR have under performed but they will be up there before the end of this season. Neither Panis or Villeneuve are mugs, Panis brings with him experience of perhaps the most professional team in F1 and their ways of working. There is talent at the team and they have Honda behind them.Whether Villeneuve stays another season on the promise of further improvement is another question. But i think you would have to be an absolute buffoon to think that Villeneuve has gone from being a WDC to a no-hoper.
