Rockingham has got to be worth a look being the newest circuit in the UK. There aim was to make the access & veiwing comfortable for everyone. Not sure how you gain access to the stands but i'm sure they would of catered for the disabled

Rockingham has lift access to each level of the stands and to the tunnel through to the inside of the circuit.
