now i can understand Alonso's lack of motivation at Alpine particularly at the end there, but surely this is also in and of itself indicative of a team that has lacked any capable leadership from the front office for years and years. not any nice things to say about Flav, Cyril was an absolute failure, and not to mention that their corporate leadership under Ghosn turned out to be an international crime thriller!
if one agrees that leadership flows from the top on down then im not sure where anyone in this team can justify their problems/lack of results is the product of there being a lack of leadership down the line!
