The other side of that is , at my first Group C race ..... the Joest Racing 956-117 had to wait before the finish line to take second cuz it didnt have the fuel to complete another lap . Is that fair ..... and unfair on the drivers too .
Im not sure we ever can have a happy mediem ..... its always been an issue in sportscars .
