Post rain laps ain't good, Penske's got 2 withdrawn in Lane 1 and McLaughlin got the shaft 15th-25th by re-running.
Wonder what that does for JNew?? Withdrawn time in Lane 1 but Indy took his attempt away with the next round of rain and lightning. They'll have to return his time you would think BUT they signed off to skip ahead in Lane 1. No penalty for tossing your time as you'll make the field regardless
