I've just gone back and re reread everything.
The top speed could be mph, nothing is shown as mph or kph, being French I assumed kph, although the book is the English translation. The Renault no 1 clocked 224.935 and the no 3 car 220.586 making the 935 2nd fastest.
The Pozzi team Ferrari did race 365's in the GT catagory before Le Mans, these might have been upgraded. However the NART entry is described as a Boxer, 512 and 312. All 3 cars are shown with the 4942 engine.
