Looking at it another way, could the ACO be sort of hedging their bets here? If the economic climate really gets cloudy and the 24 Hours starts to struggle for entries they'll have some ready-made cars available to step into the breach. Not like they haven't done it before (the early 90's), at least this time the cars should be quicker and sound a lot better.  |
