Come on... 10 points for 14th? If you were going to make a cut-off beyond which everyone gets the same points, why 23rd? If you made it 25th, winning would be 50 points.
The IRL system accomplishes what this is trying to do, anyways, with 10 points between 1st and 2nd and 0 points between 18th and 19th.
