Axeman Wields the Axe
Brad Keselowski and Jamie McMurray have been booted from Axeman Performance Racing effective immediately. Poor performance from both car and driver has been mentioned as concerning factors amongst the team, with matters finally coming to a head.
The team has announced that Paul Menard and Ryan Newman have been hired effective immediately and will be driving for the team this weekend at Martinsville
Marcos Ambrose has escaped the blood letting and will continue driving for the team.
