It's fine Craig, having 2 little ones myself I know what it is like. An occasional bit of 'you' time for parents is really important. Enjoy your 40th, I went for the most extreme denial ever for mine; in isolation 2 days after my transplant last year! So for me to have done the Ring nearly a year later had a real sense of moving on.
