Joker announcement

With the official naming of additional races to the calendar, I can announce a second Joker window. This will be available from the Ita II (Mugello) event, at the moment it is my intention to have this available for 6 events, with the possibility of a third Joker window if more events are formally announced.
However as it currently stands, the second Joker window will run from Ita II(Mugello) to Ita III (Imola) inclusive.
