Evo, it's still the same thing....the difference is in F1 they only have 1 flying lap, but 2 would be better. If CART does go through with this idea for quals, won't the teams need to use tire warmers to get the Bridgestones up to optimum temperature? By the way, CART is no NASCAR either.
