I know both organizers personally, mi choice would be with the Coloni's series.
Drivers spend a lot of money, which usually comes from personal ressources and not from sponsors. Let us call these personal ressources "investments" by fathers, friends or whatever. Fact is they spend the money to get their supported drivers closer to F1, which means closer to GP2. You want to run with qualified teams on circuits which you will see again in GP2. The TV package from F3000 Masters will have to be confirmed to start with and secondly is of minor interest to the drivers and their investors. This game is not about visibility but about credibility.
P.S. Have you talked to teams or drivers to get an idea of what they think about this?
